Established in 1983 Newclear Drains and Newlook Cleaning Services is a local independent family company run by husband and wife team Chris Bantleman and Karen Fay.
We're based in Morecambe, Lancashire and cover the Carnforth, Lancaster, Morecambe and Heysham Area.
With a background in Landscaping, Logistics Management and the Utilities Industry, Chris' acquired skills enable him to carry out timely professional work assisted by his enthusiasm for doing a good job.
Karens' background in Management Training, Procedural, Administrative and Financial Management, mean our combined knowledge gives the company an edge.

CCTV DRAIN SURVEYS AND REPORTS
CCTV Survey: £90 + VAT
A miniature TV Camera is pushed through the drains to give an internal view. This can be recorded on a video for later analysis and presentation to customer. The image is in colour and of very High Quality. The camera automatically keeps upright in the drain and distance travelled is displayed on screen. We can also provide a bound report including photos taken from the video and a scale diagram.
